COVID-19 Update


We have now reopened the dog grooming salon for existing customers only at the moment. However, there are now guidelines that all customers must adhere to.



Guidelines


  • Existing dog grooming customers that have visited in the last 12 months only*
  • Appointments can only be made via phone: 02075021998
  • No entry into the store.
  • Drop-off and pick-up at the front door.
  • One person drop-off and pick-up. 
  • Payment via phone or on collection by card only.



*We cannot take on new dogs at the moment, as far more interaction is required with new customers. Dogs that have not visited within 12 months can also not be groomed for the time being as we are focusing on regular customers. Unfortunately, we also cannot currently groom cats (existing or new customers) as we ask cat owners to stay and it is impossible to be at a safe distance while working with cats. We apologise for this inconvenience, however we do plan to phase in new/old canine customers and all feline customers as soon as possible. This will be updated accordingly.
